Monroe offers a full makeup service for any occasion that you want to feel special, whether it be makeup for a special event, debs, Christenings, Weddings, media events or just a night out, make up and lashed included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated by phone within 24 hours of an appointment. Cancellation of a class must be within 72 hours by phone. Emails or text messages cannot be accepted. Refund can only be extended once these terms have been followed, no exceptions will be considered.
